Terms & Conditions

(Court Bookings & Online Store)

1. General

All visitors must comply with these Terms & Conditions before using our facilities or services.
 We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our facilities or website indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

 

2. Facility Rules

  • No food is permitted on the courts.

  • All rubbish must be removed after use.

  • Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illicit drugs are strictly prohibited. Any breach will result in immediate removal from the premises.

  • Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • Only non-marking indoor sports shoes are permitted on courts.

 

 

3. Dress Code

Appropriate indoor sports footwear is required.
 We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone wearing unsuitable footwear including casual boots, work boots, hiking shoes, or football boots.

 

 

4. Health & Safety

  • Participation is at your own risk.

  • Staff are not qualified to provide medical advice.

  • Please consult a medical professional if you have health concerns.

  • We may refuse access if a medical condition poses a risk to others.

 

 

5. Court Bookings & Payment

Important Booking Conditions:

  • A court booking is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully completed.

  • Bookings that remain unpaid may be marked as “Pending Payment” and do not guarantee court availability.

  • We reserve the right to automatically cancel unpaid bookings and release the court time slot without notice.

  • We are not responsible for holding courts for unpaid, incomplete, or abandoned bookings.

 

 

6. Court Hire, Overtime & Vacant Courts

  • Players must finish play within their booked time.

  • Overtime will be charged in hourly increments.

  • Extensions are only permitted if courts are available and payment is made.

  • Use of additional or extended court time without payment will be charged accordingly.

 

 

7. Cancellations & Refunds (Court Bookings)

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the booking start time to be eligible for credit.

  • No refunds or credits are provided for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • Bookings made within 12 hours of the start time are non-refundable.

  • All refund or credit requests are assessed individually.

 

 

8. Online Store (Products)

  • Product purchases are subject to availability.

  • Refunds and exchanges for products are handled separately from court bookings.

  • Court bookings and product purchases are considered separate services and are governed by different refund policies.

 

 

9. Entry Conditions & Conduct

  • Visitors must behave respectfully and follow staff instructions.

  • Abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the premises.

 

 

10. Liability for Damage

Any person who damages property, courts, or equipment will be liable for repair or replacement costs.

 

 

11. Personal Belongings

Visitors are responsible for their personal items.
 We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

 

 

12. Security Monitoring

Our facilities are monitored by security cameras 24/7.

 

 

13. Privacy

We are committed to protecting customer privacy.
 Personal information is collected only for booking, billing, and operational purposes and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

 

14. Court Assignment

We reserve the right to adjust court allocations when necessary.

 

 

15. Waiver & Release

By using our facilities or participating in any activities, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
 This includes use of courts, equipment, amenities, parking areas, and participation in any programs or events.

You accept all risks of injury, illness, or loss of personal property and release us from liability to the extent permitted by law.
