4. Court Booking & Payment Policy

To ensure fair access to court availability:

  • A booking is only confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

  • Unpaid bookings may be marked as “Pending Payment” and do not guarantee court availability.

  • We reserve the right to automatically cancel unpaid bookings and release the court time slot if payment is not completed within a reasonable timeframe.

  • We are not responsible for holding courts for unpaid or incomplete bookings.

 

 

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Customers are responsible for attending confirmed bookings.

  • Failure to attend a confirmed booking without notice may result in loss of payment and/or booking privileges.

  • Cancellation terms may vary depending on booking type and timing.

 

 

6. Online Store (Products)

  • Product purchases are subject to availability.

  • Refunds and exchanges are handled separately from court bookings and follow applicable consumer laws.

  • Court bookings and product purchases are treated as different services and are governed by different refund rules.

 

 

7. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
