If you find the same product at a lower price from an authorised Australian retailer, we may be able to match it before you place your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a price match:

  • The item must be identical, including brand, model, colour, size, and specifications.
  • The competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer.
  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor’s advertised price.
  • The price must be publicly advertised and verifiable by our team.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Clearance, liquidation, or end-of-line products
  • Marketplace sellers (including eBay, Amazon marketplace, and similar third-party sellers)
  • Bundle deals, coupon codes, membership discounts, or promotional offers
  • Pricing errors or misprints
  • Refurbished, used, second-hand, or grey-import products
  • Competitor quotes that cannot be verified
  • Products sold outside Australia

How to request a price match

Before placing your order, please contact us with:

  • The product name
  • The competitor’s website link
  • The advertised price
  • Any relevant screenshots if needed

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item is eligible for a price match.

Final decision

All price match requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
SPORTS SHOW reserves the right to approve or decline any request at its discretion.
